This townhouse project was designed for RNDSQR, a local developer who strives to create alternative, urban housing typologies in Calgary. This project is situated on a typical 50' x 100' corner lot in an inner city residential community, with 4 unique 1700 sq ft units.  Each unit addresses the street with a front stoop and has its own outdoor amenity space in either the front yard or back yard. This project is a sensitive way to develop and densify inner city neighbourhoods, taking advantage of a corner lot that sits amongst two busy streets.
