Studio North is a design practice shaped by experience. We care deeply about the experience of the spaces we design and bring a depth of experience in making projects happen. Our work is rooted in designing spaces, including homes, renovations, adaptive reuse, multifamily housing, interiors, installations, and cultural projects. Since 2013, Studio North has been shaped by the creativity of its team. Ideas are refined through process, tested through making, and strengthened through engagement with clients, creative partners, and craftspeople. We have grown through shared expertise, experimentation, and a drive to push ideas further. Studio North is based in Calgary, with projects in the Bow Valley, across Canada, and as far as the Philippines. Our work has been featured in publications, talks, exhibitions, and research, and recognized through awards and competitions at national and international levels.
